1.) How did you hear about us?

2.) Have you ever owned a Cockapoo before?

3.) Does everyone in your Family want a new puppy?

4.) Does anyone in your Family suffer from allergies?  If yes, how severe?

5.) Do you have children?  If yes, what are their ages?

6.) Do you have other pets?  If yes, what?

7.) Do you have a fenced in yard?  If not, then are you willing to take a puppy on the necessary walks he/she will need daily?

8.) Are you aware of the time, energy and budget needed to properly care for a puppy and are you willing and able to accept this responsibility?

9.) Are you prepared to have this responsibility for the entire life of a puppy?

10.) Are you prepared to attend training classes if the need should arise?

11.) Here at Brisa Cockapoos, we understand that Special Circumstances* may show up in life.  If this were to happen, are you willing to make us aware of it?  We do not want any of our puppies/dogs to ever end up in a shelter situation.  We will work with Families who need to re-home due to this.

12.) Will you accept a puppy with an underbite?

More than 50% of the Cockapoo population have underbites.  An underbite is purely cosmetic and will not cause your puppy any health concerns.
