By emailing you acknowledge that as your legal signature.

Deposits  are non-refundable and will be applied to the purchase price of your  puppy.  Deposits ARE transferable to another litter though.  No monies  will be refunded under ANY circumstances.  A deposit holds all sales of  your puppy.  Deposits are $250.00 USD.  The remaining balance is due  prior to the puppy leaving my home at the age of 8 weeks.  

Contract follows:

Agreement  is hereby entered into, by, and between the undersigned parties  (hereafter referred to as Seller and Buyer) for the sale of one Miniature  Cockapoo (dog/bitch) described below.

Hereafter  the above mentioned dog/bitch will be referred to as Dog.  These terms  and conditions are entered into and agreed upon by both Buyer and  Seller.  They both acknowledge the moral and legal worth of this  contract.

1.) In consideration of the Dog, Buyer agrees to pay the seller ________ payable in certified US funds.

2.) All costs relative to the shipping and delivery of this Dog are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

3.) The Buyer will provide quality Veterinarian care for this Dog throughout it's life by a licensed Veterinarian.

4.)  This Dog can only be euthanized upon the advise of a licensed  Veterinarian and the Seller is to be notified prior to this happening.   The exception to this would be a critical/fatal health problem.   Documentation must be provided to the Seller afterwards.

Health Guarantee

Seller  warrants that this Dog is to the best of her knowledge and belief to be  of sound health and free from communicable diseases at the time of  sale.

Seller  warrants that all immunizations necessary as of the time of sale have  been given.  Buyer agrees to get the remainder of the necessary  vaccinations for the Dog as instructed by a licensed Veterinarian.  

Buyer  agrees to have this Dog examined by a licensed Veterinary within 3 days  of receiving this Dog.  If it is determined within that time frame that  this Dog is has a communicable disease, Buyer may return this Dog to  Seller within 1 week.  Seller, upon receiving this Dog shall replace  this Dog with one of equal value.  If no Dog is available, then Buyer  will receive a Dog from the Seller's next litter of 4 or more puppies.   If the Buyer does not return this Dog within 1 week, this provision is  null and void.  

Buyer agrees that any Veterinarian  expenses toward any and all problems will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Hereditary Defects

Guaranteed 2 Years From Date Of Birth

Hereditary  defects will ONLY be guaranteed if the Buyer continues this Dog on Nu  Vet vitamins for the duration of this guarantee.  We will be notified by  Nu Vet once you start the vitamin and if it were to ever be cancelled.   Nu Vet is a supplement that we feel very strongly about and believe  this is the way to keep this Dog in continued health.  It helps keep  this Dog's immune system at it's best.  To order Nu Vet call  1-800-474-7044 and use #51693      to get a discount (when on auto ship)  on your Nu Vet Plus Plan!

If  any hereditary defect is discovered in this Dog, the Buyer agrees to  present to the Seller a statement from a licensed Veterinarian regarding  the overall condition of this dog and nature, extent and effect of the  hereditary defect.  Such hereditary defects covered in this contract are  as follows:

ASEPTIC  NECROSIS OF THE FEMORAL HEAD - congenital deterioration of the femoral  head associated with ischemia and avuncular necrosis of the bone.   Seller reserves the right to a second opinion.  

RETINAL  DYSPLASIA - characterized by lesions on the retina, which reduce vision  and can cause blindness.  Seller reserves the right to a second  opinion.

HIP  DYSPLASIA - defined as degeneration of the hip joints.  At 24 months of  age OFA certification can be obtained and if found to be borderline or  dysplasic, this constitutes a defect. 

If  this Dog is discovered with any of these specific defects by the time 2  years have passed then thus Dog may be returned to the Seller or kept  by the Buyer.  This is at the discretion of the Buyer.  In any case the  Buyer will get another Dog of equal value from the Seller's next litter  of 4 or more.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY MONIES BE REFUNDED.

Hereditary  defects do not include such communicable diseases as distemper,  hepatitis, leptospirosis, para influenza, under bites, parasites or  other contagious diseases.
